As the “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” premiere approaches, key dates in the promotion schedule continue to be confirmed.

Supplemental to yesterday’s feature (which listed key June dates for Twilight fans and some U.S.), here is some developing info on the promotional tour abroad:

May 31: Sydney, Australia. Kristen and Taylor will be present for a Q&A event in Luna Park. The event will be run by Richard Wilkins but will be broadcast live via satellite from Sydney’s Luna Park into selected Hoyts cinemas.

While Shahid had no problems with the idea, producer Boney Kapoor feels the publicity would be doubled if the stars do the promotions individually. It has now been decided by producer Boney Kapoor that the pair will promote the film individually, to avoid any embarrassment and awkwardness for Kareena, who’s in a committed relationship with Saif Ali Khan.





“Milenge Milenge” is special because the former couple will be seen together after Imtiaz Ali’s lovable “Jab We Met” in 2007. Kareena is currently dating actor Saif Ali Khan.

Shahid has not only decided to go all-out for “Milenge Milenge”, he has also been taking interest in the release date to ensure that it hits screens at a time when it is likely to get the best audience.He met the producer and they mutually agreed to postpone the release from April to later in the year. That way we give them space to be comfortable with the situation and also we get twice the publicity for ‘Milenge Milenge’ that we would if the pair promoted the film jointly,” the producer said.

This year is likely to see the release of two big films with similar sounding titles.we are indeed referring to Mani Ratnam's Raavan and Shah Rukh Khan's home production Ra.One. However, the two similar sounding films are as different as chalk and cheese when it comes to their plotlines. While Mani's Abhi-Ash starrer is a modern-day adaptation of the mythological epic Ramayan, SRK's flick is a highly stylized film with a lot of gizmos and gadgets.The film is being directed by Anubhav Sinha and Kareena Kapoor plays Shah Rukh's love interest in it..

Ra.One, while it is known that SRK plays a super-hero kind of character in the film, what is not known is the fact that the title Ra.One is the acronym for 'Random Access-Version One'. This fact has been confirmed by the Superstar himself on Twitter. Says SRK, "Ra.One means Random Access- Version One, u will understand when u see the film. The Superhero is called G.One. Ra.One site will be up soon."

Khan is now set to go flying in the sky to save mankind in this film.[6] At a press conference that welcomed Akon to India, he revealed that his character can "solidify" electricity and that his team was working on making this possible on screen. He also referred to his character as "Jeevu", suggesting perhaps a double role.

The shooting was originally supposed to begin in Miami, USA, but due to budget concerns this was scrapped. Instead the shooting will primarily take place in Film City, Mumbai and London. In March 2010, Khan tweeted that the shooting of the film had officially begun.
